We consulted with a Fortune 500 health insurance firm, prior to the retirement of its CEO. He asked us to determine the firm's existing policies toward older workers, and perform a demographic analysis. As a result of our work, the firm successfully merged with another Fortune 500 firm and has earned superior profits.

  We conducted an "Eldercare Needs Assessment" for a small, family-run business considering the purchase of group long-term care insurance as an employee retention tool. The company decided to improve their health insurance plan instead, a gratifying outcome.

  We were retained by a Los Angeles law firm during the discovery process of an Age Discrimination in Employment suit, and helped review files and depositions for a privately owned company. Following successful settlement, we helped develop an age-neutral strategic plan to reduce further risk.
