GeroBiz was launched in 1995 by company President Wendy Goldman, soon after receiving an MS Gerontology/MBA at University of Southern California, to address her deep concern for the aging population. She recognized the disparity between population demographics and 40+ employment opportunities.

   
 


Technological innovation has either eliminated or transformed many physically demanding jobs, enabling skilled, computer literate seniors to remain productive in the workplace.
